Russ Gottlieb
Music Instructor
Russ Gottlieb teaches music at Acorn and is a graduate of Rutgers University. In addition to teaching music, Russ plays the banjo, guitar locally and around the country. He is part of the team at Hudson Music Studios, an arts organization led by Stephen Hudson dedicated to educating students of all ages in music. Hudson holds a master's degree in education (Ursuline College), master's degree in music (Manhattan School of Music), and bachelor's of music (Rutgers University). The music curriculum at Acorn is centered around singing, percussion, and as students mature they join our instrumental program. Once that spark of curiosity is ignited and students are inspired, learning an instrument, singing, and composing becomes second nature! Russ loves working with the students at Acorn as they are eager and respectful learners.
